Adding/Removing Student ePortfolios in Class Sites
Once you have created your class site you then need to connect to the students within your class. The video below will walk you through the process of Adding/Removing student accounts in your class site.
Adding Student Posts to their ePortfolio
Though typically the eportfolio is designed to allow students to control their posts and content, it is also possible for teachers to post items to a students eportfolio. Below you will watch how to add posts to an individual students eportfolio. If you will be adding the same post to multiple students (ie group work) forward the video to 7:55 and you can watch that process as well.
Exporting the ePortfolio
At any time during the year students have the ability to export their own ePortfolio as a .ZIP file to their home computer, or to their computer at school. The proces is rather simple and allows them to select individual grades that they wish to download. Once downloaded to their computer the .ZIP folder can be extracted and the ePortfolio can be navigated in a similar way off line as it is online. Take a look at the video to walk through the process.
